Hey Raw Beauties!!!
I've always loved muffins! Especially blueberry crumble muffins!!!
I suddenly remembered the blueberry muffins that i always have after my morning shift as a breakfast attendant in a small, quaint hotel in the US.
We freeze them and thaw them only during early mornings! Although it's not always fresh, I love it still!
That muffin has the right amount of crumble and sweetness to it. I always eat them every single day.
I've made carrot cupcakes before and even sold them too!
But i couldn't remember making muffins! I always put frosting in them and made cupcakes! Ha ha!
And so, I decided to make muffins!
Yay!
Here's the recipe, and I'll let you in for a special treat cause you can use the same recipe for a totally different tasting muffin!
Sharing with you the recipe for Mixed Berry and Choco Chip Banana Chips muffin!
I got the recipe from Deliciously Ella's cookbook and made tweaks when I deemed right.
