My favourite green juice recipe

Are you feeling the high vibe lately? Cause I definitely am feeling it ya'll! :)

Right now, I would like to share with you this super high vibe green juice recipe that helped me to be super fit and healthy before. We've been drinking this green juice concoction for several years already and we just can't get enough of it.

Green juices are very famous for detox and cleansing and this recipe is very effective in eliminating toxic wastes that got stocked up in your digestive system. We've proven it for so long and i can't wait to share it with you!!!

Raw Beauty Cleansing Green Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

2 packs/ bunch of kangkong leaves ( with stalks )

4 medium sized cucumbers

4 medium sized apples

1 juice of lemon

salt and water to rinse the vegetables

Directions:

1. In a large basin, soak all vegetables to a mixture of salt and water for at least 15 minutes then drain and wash after.

2. Prep your slow juicer and cut up your veggies into small pieces which your juicer can accommodate or process.

3. Juice your vegetables alternately. Pour in lemon juice and refrigerate.

4. Best to drink in the morning with an empty stomach. This juice will leave you feeling refreshed and light because of its eliminating properties.

I store this juice in a mason jar and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days at the most to keep it fresh.
