Raw Beauty Smoothie Recipes

Good day Raw Beauties!

As many of you know, I’ve jumpstarted a 30 Day Raw Beauty Challenge which encourages one to have one Fruit/Green Smoothie a day as replacement for one meal. I can say that it was a success cause I’ve lost 2 kilos in the process, I know it may not be that much but for me every kilo lost counts!

I have also friends who are asking about smoothie recipes that’s why I’ve decided to create a post wherein I’ll feature most of the smoothies that I created during the 30 Day Raw Beauty Challenge!

Here you go!

Green Machine Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 handful of parsley leaves

½ cup of coconut milk/ any nutmilk of your choice

2 cups of frozen pineapple

2 medium size frozen bananas

1 to 1 ½ cups of water, adjust depending on consistency choice

Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter

2 cups of frozen bananas

1 cup of frozen watermelon

1 cup of water, adjust depending on consistency choice

Dragonfruit Cooler Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups of frozen dragonfruit

2 medium size frozen bananas

1 cup frozen watermelon

2 tbsp of maple syrup

Celery Smoothie

2 cups of celery leaves and stalks

2 cups of frozen pineapple

2 frozen medium sized bananas

1 cup of water, add more if needed

Celery Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups of celery leaves and stalks

2 cups of frozen pineapple

2 frozen medium sized bananas
