The Grateful Gifts I’ve received last 2018

It’s the 4th of January!!! Can you believe it? Just a few weeks ago, I was writing a post wherein I told you guys that I’ve just finished doing my Christmas Shopping and it was just 2 days before Christmas. And now, I find myself on the same spot in my room here in Manila, writing about the gifts that I’ve received last Christmas!

Whew! Time flies like a turbo speed jet indeed! What a fun and exciting ride it has been for 2018 and I can’t contain my happiness for what’s in store for all of us this year 2019!

But before we go into that, I would like to do some bits of reminiscing on the Grateful Gifts I’ve received this year!

PANDORA FLOATING LOCKET NECKLACE

This is the first gift I’ve received before Christmas. I’ve always wanted a Tiffany and Company necklace and bracelet but I guess I would have to appreciate what is given to me first and foremost, and if I really really want it, I would save for it so I can buy it myself and feel happy and proud about it! J My mom was supposed to buy me a Pandora necklace but after having dinner with her good friend, Tita Mildred, wherein I mentioned about the necklace, the Cosmos have spoken and it was pure coincidental that Tita Mildred has been an avid fan of Pandora and she gets discounts for it too. That’s why she volunteered and got me and my sister necklace the next day! I was so happy about it and I will treasure it forever! J Thanks Tita Mildred, and mom, you still need to buy me the charms for the necklace, just a gentle reminder! J hehehehe!

BLK TRAVEL COLLECTION LIPPIE

I was never a big fan of makeup, not until I’ve started to work for Manulife,which is like my first huge job after my stint at Philippine Tatler last 2016. I started to like the idea of dressing up and putting make up after taking a shower. It felt like a treat routine to me now and I’m so happy about it! My cousin, Daphne loves makeup and now we share the same love for it too! And just a few days before Christmas, we decided to have a kris kringle between us, cousins and apparently, my cousin Daphne picked me as her monita. And she gave me this, 2 shades of daring red and sweet pink Lippie from the famous BLK Cosmetics! I love it really and I’ve been using it a lot lately! So thank you Daphne for gifting me with this wonderful collection! J

THE GIFT OF LIFE AND FAMILY

2017 was the biggest and the most challenging and stressful year for me. I came to a point wherein I’ve lost hope in life and it was just a not so good state for me. That’s why this 2018, I felt like I was given a second chance in life, a gift from God to start anew and better myself for the service of others. 2017 broke me literally and it was last 2018 that I’ve found my way back and got myself together and contribute what I can to my family and to the society as a whole. I was gifted a New Life to Live. New Dreams to Reach and a New Hope to Look Forward to. I was gifted the gift of Family, Love, and Truth. And I am Forever Grateful for all it!
