Current Life Update

Hey guys!

It's been awhile once again since I've written a blog and it was way back during Fitness Conference 2018 in Manila!

I've thought of giving you guys a life update about what's happening with mah life,my diet, my exercise routine( i don't have one for now, I'll explain later why! ), the Raw Beauty Truffle business, my goals and this super secret life plan update that my parents and I have talked about( which I cannot spill yet until all details are confirmed!!! )!!

So that's just all about what I'm going to talk about here in this space! Plus my current addiction to bread! Oh gosh! Before I thought i had Celiac disease that's why I've gone gluten free and it did wonders for my fitness! I got so lean before when I turned Gluten Free! So if you guys know of any good Gluten Free bread sellers out there, please let me know as I really really have this addiction to it right now! Like I eat 3-4 pieces of bonete or pandesal bread every day at the office after my veggie lunch as a snack.

Oh and by the way, I'm sort of doing some kind of Intermittent Fasting too! I only have this Homemade Fresh Green Juice in the morning upon waking up and eat only at noontime at the office. I'm currently working for my mom. We have a recruitment agency that sends skilled and nonskilled workers abroad, mostly to the Middle East.

And oh, before I forget, here's our classic Green Juice Daily Recipe if you're interested in what I'm drinking, every single day ( 5 bunch of kangkong leaves with stalks, 4 cucumbers, 3 apples, 2 lemons, 1 carrot). This yields approximately 3 full glasses of Fresh Green Revitalizing Juice! Try it, it works as a very effective laxative so it flushes everything in your tummy and you feel so clean and refreshed afterwards!

Let's talk about my Raw Beauty Fit and Raw Beauty Nourish Program. I currently don't have a Raw Beauty Fit Program as of the moment cause I just am not on the zone to exercise. I know right?!? What the, Princess?!? You may say! It's just me, right now, I'm just being all honest in here and tell you that I haven't exercised for nearly a month but I'm making sure that I'm on a caloric deficit for me to lose the excess fats, and weight! I don't know, but i'm actually using this time to "prep" myself for the actual exercise. I'm watching Whitney Simmons vlog and THENX vlogs too to help me get in the zone of working out. You can say I'm comfortable with how I feel,but not with how I look so I know eventually I would need to get into the habit of waking up early once again and killing it. I don't want to exercise in the gym for the moment and would enroll at Elorde and train for Muay Thai and get back into swimming again. That's my goal and I'm planning to kickstart this habit this July! So now I'm enjoying my semi-sedentary state and late waking up in the morning and really let the endorphins kick in, in less that two weeks! I know it may sound weird coming from someone who used to love exercising so much that I even exercise twice a day. I just don't feel it and I lovingly accept that of myself that I have these periods in my life, but I know that eventually, I have to get back at it and my deadline's so near I want to faint and cry! Lol!

When it comes to my diet, Raw Beauty Nourish, like what I've said awhile ago, I'm hugely into juicing, lots of roasted veggies, smoothies and shrimp. Yes, I know, i'm almost Vegan again! Lol! It's just that i don't eat any other animals aside from shrimp now and I would have to work or find for greater alternative for it! My day would look like this: Green Juice in the morning, Roasted squash with herbs plus sauteed shrimp in the afternoon, then 3-4 pieces of bread after 3 hours! If i'm still hungry, I'll have red rice with a vegetable viand at our condo unit after work, or a green smoothie!

Another food addiction that I have right now is milktea! I have it once a week, so yeah it's not really and addiction-addiction! #CRAYCRAY!!!

Oh boy, i just took a mini break from writing and started scrolling down my feed from way back! And I'm like, damn i looked so hot!!! This is what I needed fuel me into working out and reducing my cal intake once again and most importantly, going Vegan once again!!! Now this is the fire that I need to push through my morning workouts! I'm like, damn i looked so good before with my lean physique!!!!!! Like, damn, really! Daaaaamnnnn!!! I can't wait to be at my healthiest and leanest physique once more! It's like a switch just happened in my brain and I just really want to workout and shred once more! I know it's going to take some time before i get my GOAL BODY BACK but who cares? As long as I love my body and I treat it with love, compassion and respect, I know I'm on the right track! Baby! I was born this way! Hahahahahah!!!

This is how I wish to end my blog,with so much enthusiasm to just kill my workouts every morning and eat right, compassionately vegan. :) So there you go guys, there's my life update and i might have Body Updates as soon as I start my Health and Fitness Journey, once more, Cause it's never too late to start over! game over! whatever!!!
