On Losing Weight, rather Fats, once again

Hey Raw Beauties!

It’s summer season already and don’t we all just wanna have fun and soak in the sun wearing bikinis and all that?

But do we have the confidence to wear two piece bikinis even though we haven’t achieved that summer hot bod yet? Well for me, it will take months, or even years for me to totally get back in shape like I did before, and hell yeah, I still want to wear those bikinis cause it’s all about inside confidence guys! Confidence!

But then again, going back to the process of losing weight,rather fats take a while. I constantly remind myself that getting fit is a long process and not one that takes only overnight to see visible results.

To be honest with you, I find it rather challenging to get back exercising again after 4 months of almost to none sweaty workouts. Imagine the struggle of it. I could only run in as much as 30 minutes which includes a brisk walk rest for a few seconds in it. I could barely breathe and punch as my knuckels hurt as they adjust during my 3rd round of mitts during muay thai. It ain’t easy.

In as much as it takes a lot of willpower to start make my body move, it takes ten times of mental strength to stay and finish my workout. I’m saying all these things because the truth is, again, it’s not easy. But when done in small, baby steps, it’s doable and having built in the necessary cues and habits, I am confident that I’ll definitely reach my healthiest and fittest state once more.

At this point, I want to share a few practices that I do, except physical exercise, that are included in my soon to be launched Health and Wellness Kit, which worked for my fat loss and fitness program way back.

Upon waking up,I always drink 2 glasses of water and an additional glass of lemon Apple Cider Vinegar water. Always. I take 2 tbsp of Virgin Coconut oil and practice oil pulling for at least five minutes daily.

I drink herbal teas such as black antioxidant teas and green teas most especially for detoxification and fat loss purposes.

I substitute whole grains such as quinoa for rice on my meals. I try to include as much as fruits and vegetables in my diet in the form of green juices and green smoothies.

I maintain a positive and grateful attitude in my life and try to minimise my complaints and respond smartly to my challenges.

Remember, small, frequent healthy habits done in a long period of time would yield to healthy and good results. What healthy habits do you practice that helped you to shed off excess fats and made you feel more beautiful and comfortable about yourself?
