Did you know that gratitude helps us to be more resilient in life, most especially in times when we experience adversity? Gratitude is the key to open up unlimited abundance in one’s life. It also holds the way to fulfilment, happiness and good wellbeing, gratitude can move mountains and it can help us manifest all the things that we openly desire.

I strongly encourage you, if you haven’t started one yet, to have a Daily Gratitude Journal. If you cannot write it yourself, say Thank You first thing in the morning and make it a habit. Or better yet, have this so called, Gratitude Rock with you, wherein whenever you hold that rock, you say something that you’re truly grateful for in life.

Now, what are you grateful for? Let me share with you this spontaneous Gratitude Manifesto that I’ve thought about on the day after my birthday.

I am grateful for my life. I am grateful that I have complete parts of my body that allows me to breathe, to run, to eat and to help other people through my own simple ways.

I am grateful to the air that I breathe everyday. I am grateful for my family who never in this lifetime, gave up on me and who’s always there to support me by my side. I am grateful for the gift of freedom, love, contentment, happiness, motivation, determination and most especially,I am grateful that I feel passionate about things in life and they serve as my personal guide through what I shall pursue in my life. I am grateful to God for giving me a wonderful life.

I am grateful for my friends, even though they’re few, they’re the only ones whom I fully trust. I am grateful for my ability to see and feel people for it allows me to have better and more fulfilling relationships with them.

I am grateful for our house and our home. I am grateful that God has given me a wonderful and a comfortable life with a roof over my head and food to eat. I am grateful for my mom, my dad, my sister, my brother, my aunts and uncles, my nephews and nieces, my grandparents and everyone else whom I consider as family.

I can go on and on and my gratitude list would seem endless. But that basically sums up what and who I am grateful for everything in my life. I encourage you to do the same and I swear you can feel and instant feel good shift with your current mood as you think of more things, people and events that you’re grateful for.

Speaking of events that I’m grateful for, I just recently celebrated my 25th birthday last April 25 here in our house in Batangas. I originally wanted to have a small celebration and just eat out in my favourite restaurant ( it’s Wildflour by the way! ), but my dad couldn’t make it to Manila on that day so we decided to instead go home in Batangas so we could celebrate with a complete family!

It turned out to be a super busy day as my parents went to the market to buy stuff to cook for the guests. Friends and famiy came and I felt very happy and overwhelmed. Ofcourse, they’ve noticed changes in my physique bit I assure you guys, give me 6 months and I’m close if not back at my fittest and healthiest! LOL! My mom cooked her signature spaghetti dish,my dad cooked prawns, veggie dishes like squash with coconut milk and jackfruit too, plus his all time favourite chicken barbecue. Yes, as of this moment, I’m not completely vegan. But I’m thinking about going back into the cruelty free lifestyle very soon. Actually it starts on this day that I’m writing this blog entry.

Anyways, my uncle and his family came, my lola and her friend came, my dad’s friends came, my mom’s friend came. I wish my bestfriends were there too, well at least we’re planning a La Union trip soon ( Ya’ll better watch out for my vlogs and blogs about it cause it’s gonna be LIT for sure!!).

Also, I just wanna share that I got a birthday call from my all time bestfriend Fatima today! Better late than never, Fati! I love you!

So there you go, it was a simple yet happy and love filled celebration and I’m grateful to everyone especially my family with every beat of my heart. On my 26th birthday, I want to celebrate in on the Maldives with my hottest and beach body, puh lease!! Well, Balesin Club Island would do too! Let’s see folks! J Thank you for reading my thoughts, LOL! I sincerely would appreciate your comments and share your thoughts as well down below or you can email me at adao.princess@gmail.com.

Love lots,

Raw Beauty
