My Top 3 Go To Breakfast: Raw Beauty Style!

Hey guys! I know, it’s been too long!

I haven’t been the most consistent person so far. Still, I’m so happy that at last, I’ve found the courage and discipline to write and share what I love the most to you guys! I wonder what have you been up to, it’s way past half of the year already and I know we have set all these goals since New Year. So now is the best time to do somehow of a Mid Year Review of where we already are in our life especially when it comes to our personal growth, health, fitness, creativity, career and well being.

To be honest with you guys, this year has been all about new beginnings for me. Literally starting from scratch, picking myself up from where I left off, instilling discipline once more to live a Fully Raw Vegan life and consistently hitting my workouts every morning.

And mind you, it’s so freaking easy to set goals and set an intention every month, every week, etc. What’s going to define you is whether you act upon them or not.

I’m doing so much changes with my workout plan right now, cause (insert here: too much burpees) my knees and legs hurt so much just after Day 2 and I knew I had to change something. I swear guys, it’s true that you really have to vary up your workouts at least every 4 weeks and right now, I’m all about building that upper body strength and them core muscles! Can you guess what sport I’m going to venture on the next few months? J

Anyways, with all these in mind, we already know that the hardest part really is to start. And seriously, most people want to, but just don’t know, HOW TO. I still have so much learn and work on myself but sharing what I know, and having someone else do it to better themselves makes me happy cause I honestly get so inspired by people who never give up, and people who are always ready to learn and do something new.

That’s why I’ve decided to share this post with you guys, for those looking to improve their health, you can never go wrong with checking what’s in your plate(or bowl, for some! Haha!). I’m sharing my Top 3 Raw Beauty Recipes (not necessarily breakfast cause some may actually prefer eating later in the day, and that’s totally okay! ) that are so freaking easy to make! Plus, they’re so delicious that you won’t even think about having a bagel with cream cheese + coffee on your way to work every morning! (not that it’s bad..but carbs..and gluten..and dairy…haha!)

Raw Beauty Green Smoothie

1 cup washed kangkong leaves/ frozen spinach/ kale(or a combination of these)

1 cup frozen papaya

1/2 cup pineapple

1/2- 1 cup coconut milk/gata

1 cup ice

water (add to adjust consistency)

1. Blend first the water, greens and ice.

2. Add the coconut milk. Then add the frozen fruits last.

3. Grab a bowl, pour the smoothie and top with tropical fruits such as fresh papayas, pineapples and mangoes. Or even a dollop of your favourite nut butters + superfood essentials like chia seeds, hemp, flax, etc.

This is an ideal post workout recovery smoothie full of fiber, protein and essential nutrients to replenish your body with whole, plant based nutrition!

Raw Beauty Fruit & Yogurt Bowl

This one’s for the lazy foodie in you!

1-2 cups of coconut/soy yogurt

3 tbsp chia seeds

**Mangoes, dragonfruits

1. Grab a bowl and assemble to your liking. Use your creativity! Isn’t it better to eat something that’s just not appealing to the taste but aesthetically as well?

**Whatever fruits you have in your pantry is good. Just as long as it’s fresh, not necessarily organic but yes, organic is best! J

Raw Beauty Cacao Energizer

Raw cacao powder has lots of antioxidants and it definitely gives you the endorphin boost that you need(should you need it, when you need it!)

2 medium sized frozen bananas

1 cup ice

Water, adjust to achieve desired consistency

3 tbsp raw cacao powder

½ cup frozen coconut milk

1. Blend them all goodness! J

2. Top with 1 saba banana, hemp seeds,chia & some homemade strawberry jam should you wish to!!!

There you have it!

Whether you eat them for breakfast, lunch or dinner, or somewhere in between, I wish that you enjoy eating them as much as you enjoy making them! I
