Hey Raw Beauties!

It's just about time for our monthly Round up this February and I'm going to share with you the things and experiences that I surely loved this month!

My mom's not the type to take pictures, especially of food for social media that's why when she did, I got so happy and I just wanted to share it with you. Not just because my mom took it, but most importantly, we have been having a Raw Beauty Green smoothie topped Quaker Oats Granola and a handful of prunes for breakfast, 365. It's one of the best ways to get your healthy macronutrients, vitamins and greens in your day and it's just so yummy I can have it all day long for real!

Also, just a few days ago on the 25th, I've hosted a Raw Beauty Gathering which allowed me to meet a bunch of wonderful, creative, health conscious and empowered people. The Gathering also allowed me to share my passion to create and serve food to others. If you don't know yet, I've worked for quite a lot restaurants here in the country. Wildflour, Sunshine Kitchen and Blackbird to name a few. Those were one of the best moments in my life, I may say. Working long, busy hours in the kitchen, cooking in line and even baking cakes, pastries and bread - reminiscing all these make my heart grow fonder. I still want to work in the kitchen at some point, I want to be a Raw Vegan Pastry Chef. Yes, that's one of my goals to tick off my list for a lifetime. I wish to be certified at The Seeds of Life in Bali as a Raw Vegan Chef, again, specialising in Pastry.

My passion had always revolved around food, and it always will do.

Anyways, here are a few snapshots of everyone from the Gathering last Saturday.

Meet these two beautiful sisters, Sapphire and Ruby, yours truly in the middle, Sonny and the super bubbly, Frannie Bunye!

It was a wonderful afternoon of chitchats most especially on health, food and wellness. Everyone in the group are very much into a healthy lifestyle and we were even encouraged by Frannie, a marathoner herself, to join next year's Bull Run on February! To which we're very interested as well. Gosh, the thought of running a 42 kilometers make my legs cray but I'm up for it. Registration's on August and according to Frannie, it closes in just 30 minutes because of the volume of people who wish to join! How's that?

With reference on the picture above, second from left is Gary Lantoria. His story is very inspiring with this successful struggle in losing weight and finally living his healthiest, most vibrant and fulfilled life. He works for a lot of companies, and yes even in Google as a Marketer and Life Coach, helping people to be at their best health and companies to be reinvented to suit the needs of this century. Third from right is Deph Hermoso, a good friend of mine and a fashion designer who creates wonderful, intricately designed gowns for dolls and women as well. So yes, should you need one, feel free to add him up and reach out. The one on the leftmost is Sonny who's currently working on his healthiest self yet. We encouraged him to take it slow yet surely - exercise regularly, have Raw Beauty Smoothie for breakfast and eat more healthfully every single day despite his busy schedule.

I believe that it's all about balance and creating time for one's priorities so if you love taking care of yourself, you must ensure that you eat well, exercise regularly and live well off on different areas of your life. <3

Till next month's Roundup, Raw Beauties! I'm sure we've both have alot of exciting and beautiful and wonderful things in store for March!

Lots of love,

Your fellow Raw Beauty
