Hey Raw Beauties!
How have you been for the past week?
Has anyone of you ventured into The Project Comeback Series yet?
I’m here to give you a quick update of what I had mostly for breakfast, and my current nutrition lifestyle daily for the past week ever since I’ve started this Project.
I always keep in mind that health and fitness isn’t a sprint and that we shouldn't expect to see positive, drastic results on the dot. Instead, I do my best to maintain a mindset that it is lifestyle, it’s a marathon that we’re in for life, for the long term, thus we may not see effects that quick but we trust that in the long run, we’ll see uplifting and positive results.
As for me, I’m aiming to lose 8 to 10 lbs. of fat after a month, but more than that, I wish to feel stronger, vibrant, glowing and energetic every single day! I’ve been mostly having Raw Beauty Smoothies for breakfast and a small cooked meal or a wheat bread sandwich with fig jam and peanut butter for lunch/dinner. I eat fish sometimes too as well.
Goal setting is very important when we want to achieve something big or small in any area of our lives and I strongly encourage you to start setting a few as achieving them instantly boosts our levels of self confidence; thus, increasing our chance of hitting bigger marks in the future.
This is what I had for Day 1:
A Parsley Papaya Banana Mango Coconut milk Bowl goodness topped with Chia and Flax seeds

Here's a few snaps of my other Raw Beauty Breakfast Bowls that I had for the past week!
By the way, most of you probably think that I'm still on a 100% Raw Vegan All Fruit Diet, but for this Project Comeback Series, and for the past three months, I have been incorporating fish in my diet and can I just share that we made the best tasting baked Salmon last Saturday with baked broccoli, and baked sweet potato fries?!?
I seasoned the salmon with fresh lemon juice, cinnamon, cumin, red pepper and turmeric. Turmeric has lots of anti - inflammatory properties that I use it always as seasoning and I'm planning to share with you an original Turmeric Almond MIlk Latte recipe very soon! Seasoned the broccoli with some salt free stuff that we got from Duty Free and same seasoning was applied to the baked sweet potato fries! Here's a photo of the dish, Beauties!
With regards to body and wellness update, I'm feeling lighter and better every day though I know that I still have a long way to go. I still have so much to work on my health and fitness guys! the Project Comeback Series is just a jumpstart to fuel my health and fitness goals and it doesn't stop there.
I'm focusing more now on gaining back my strength and getting stronger than I was before. Imagine starting from scratch once again - doing knee bent push ups instead of regular traditional ones cause I haven't completed once circuit for the past three months that I was away. That's where I am now and I'll be honest with you. It ain't easy getting back on track. It ain't easy, at all. It's more of a mind game cause you gotta have that empowered and no giving up mindset just to push and follow through one heart pumping gym session. I'm telling you, it's really hard. But I'm not the type who easily gives up. I'm focused and I may have bad days but that wouldn't stop me from achieving my set goals for life, and nor should you! :)
I hope this post somehow gave you a boost to do that morning workout, or to prepare your own nourishing breakfast instead of grabbing what's unhealthy and sometimes, convenient. I love you all and I can't wait to see more positive and uplifting results after Week 2! :) Ofcourse it doesn't stop at Week 2, it all starts from here.
Have an empowered week everyone! Let's stay focused and kill them goals!
