Project Comeback Series: A Raw Beauty Project this February

Hey Raw Beauties!
It’s me, yours truly and can I just say that I ‘m so excited to share this new project that I’ve just come up with as I’m currently struggling to shed of excess fat and flush out toxins out of my system through a holistic blend of nutrition, fitness and wellbeing practices that I would love, love, love to share with all of you. First off, I know that I’m not perfect and in as much as idealistic as the mechanics of the Project may be, I know and I’ve prepared myself to have a few setbacks and that I won’t be able to follow fully the said program per se. Still, with this in mind, it is my goal to really discipline myself in doing so. So here we go.

I haven’t checked inside the gym for the past three months for a reason that has yet to be revealed on my next blogpost, nor I have maintained my usual high raw diet for those three months. To give you an overview, I was able to somehow conquer my fears with eating a wide variety of cooked and raw food for the past three months and I even started to eat fish, chicken and had a teeny tiny piece of meat during that time. Let’s just say that I was put in a circumstance wherein I literally had no choice but to eat what is served to me. I can’t wait to share more details with you guys but that essentially has to wait as I am very focused now on getting back on track with my overall health and fitness. As of the moment, I proudly can say that I have overcome my fear of getting, okay, so I don’t want to use the word fat, instead I’m using the word chubby in comparison with how I was three months ago. Mainly due to the diet and lifestyle that I maintained for the past months. Still overall, I feel great about myself that I was able to finally learn to let go of that notion and now it’s just a phase that I have to double, or if not, triple the motivation that I once had and push myself harder to be at the best shape of my life. Thus, the creation of The Raw Beauty Project Comeback Series which again,I would love to share with you. Feel free to apply a few or even the whole project in your own lifestyle and let me know how it made you feel in the process. By the way, for those of you wondering what happened to my overly social media Instagram posts that faded like a bursted bubble, it’s the absence of a smartphone that must be blamed – for the moment. So I'm getting my fingers crossed that I get a good one soon that I may continue to serve my purpose in sharing health, happiness and lots of love to all of you.
So, enough of all this background story and let’s get to the nitty gritty of all of this. Mind you, I’m going to share all out to you guys. Whatever it is that you’ll be able to read in the next few is a byproduct of a mind that is overly determined to be at the best shape of her life. So if you think that it’s a bit way too extreme to have smoothies and fruits for breakfast and lunch/dinner and have only one semi cooked meal a day, then think again before trying this out. Know that we are all different, our bodies and how each and everyone’s of us greatly differ that whatever works best for me, may not be the best option for you. Still, I believe that incorporating more fruits and raw food into one’s lifestyle is best as we’re getting whole food nutrients stripped off the chemicals and very hard to pronounce ingredients that one normally finds in packaged foods from the supermarket.
I am focusing on three main aspects for this Project Comeback Series: Nourish, Fit and Wellbeing. Exactly just how I have created the backbone for The Raw Beauty Project’s main vision and mission which focuses on women empowerment through the holistic realisation of the said three aspects above in one’s life and health.
Feel free to read through this list that I’m going to do fully incorporate in my lifestyle for two weeks to jumpstart my journey to getting fit, ripped and most importantly healthy.
I just wish to remind you that I’m in no way an expert or a nutritionist for that matter and that everything that I have on the menu are just guides that I have learned for the past years of experimenting with my body. It’s still best to consult a professional with what works best for you and have yourself checked before venturing into something so healthy and radical such as this.
Nourish:
Green and Fruit Smoothies for Breakfast and Lunch/ Dinner
Nuts, apples, pears or any fruit of choice for morning and afternoon snacks
I’m having whole wheat bread with homemade pesto and fish (salmon/ milkfish) for a light lunch/ dinner as my once per day semi cooked meal

*Feel free to choose whatever it is that you would like for your once/day cooked meal. I strongly suggest that you stay away from meat, dairy and processed food.
Fitness:

Fit:
Daily Early Empowering Workouts are a must. I’m focusing on a 70% based cardio lifestyle + 30% Strength Training for the next 2 weeks of my Project Comeback Series
Daily Full Yoga Practice
Start with 1 session of Muay Thai Boxing per week
Wellbeing:
Get back on track with my Daily Gratitude Prayer every morning
Drink Calamansi/ Lemon Water everyday
Art/ Eating out and Nature Adventures every month
Social Volunteer Work every week
Make time for arts and the things that I love every day
