It was indeed a Night One Truly Will Not Forget.

A Night of Reminiscing, Reconnecting and above all, Celebrating the second eldest hija of the Lasala's.
Reminiscing the Journey that has been, those beautiful, carefree childhood memories that honed this Young Lady, to the Woman that she is becoming....
And yes, reconnecting with Family, who in essence, is One's core..providing the necessary foundation for one to venture out strong, whole and complete into the world...
Meet Our Beautyful Family, and ofcourse Daphne.as she takes center stage in such a Night filled with so much Love, Happiness,Compassion and ofcourse, Beauty. :)
Quoting from Paulo Coelho's Manuscript found in Accra,
" People always say: "It's inner beauty that matters, not outer beauty." Well, that's not true. If it were, why would flowers put so much energy into attracting bees? And why would raindrops transform themselves into a rainbow when they encounter the sun? Because nature longs for beauty, and is satisfied only when beauty can be exalted...
Outer Beauty is inner beauty made visible, and it manifests itself in the light that flows from our eyes...
According to that false wisdom, we should not be concerned about beauty because it is superficial and ephemeral. That isn't true. All the beings created under the sun, from birds to mountains, from flowers to rivers, reflect the miracle of creation. If we resist the temptation to allow other people to define who we are, then we will gradually be able to let the sun inside our soul shine forth."
So, don't you ever ever think You're not beautiful, cause You are, As you already Are. And yes, take that precious time to take care of yourself..Start with positive, loving and kind thoughts...and witness how it greatly manifests in your actions, words and yes, in your Outer Beauty. :)
Our Royale Debutante...Daphne

Her Royale Entourage
My gorgeous Mom who apparently looks like my sister! :)

Here she was being asked to describe Daphne, and the most endearing quality that she loves about her.
My mom's so beautiful, isn't she?
And yes, I'm deeply deeply grateful to have her as my mom.
A strong, brave and grounded woman. Someone whom I and many others look up to.
I love you, Ma.
So, yes, this is just Part 1 of Daphne in Full Bloom. There's so much good, beautiful photos, moments and yes, lessons to share and I've decided it's best not to compress it in just one. Love, love love!

Love, Light and Beauty to You.
Keep posted as I give You a glimpse of more. :
