Hey Raw Beauties!
Hope you had a good jump start of July, and that you're eating healthier, working out smarter, getting stronger and generally striving to be better in all aspects of your life. :)
Oh, and perhaps eating more Raw Love Goodness? :)
It's a new month, and yes, we can always start it with a happy, positive and a vibrant note. Thus I'm sharing with you a very special day of celebration of not only life, in general - but also that of overcoming fears, bridging gaps and reconnecting with people who truly, truly matter.

Apparently, I'm still encouraging my family to go Vegan, if not Raw Vegan and I'm happy that they're incorporating green smoothies and fruits and veggies in their daily eating habits. Not losing hope here, Raw Beauties! Anyhow, I used to think differently before that it would be such a challenge to socialise and go to parties and attend family gatherings because of this. And looking back, I'm like, seriously, I thought of that?

Here's my super beautiful sister,Dutchess!
This cupcake is apparently not Vegan! Cray! haha! and I told her, okay, if you're eating that, you're only allowed one. Good thing she followed and yes, she's having Raw Beauty Smoothies at such a young age!! Good start baby! Ate's going to create yummy Vegan cupcakes for you soon, and Mac and Cheeze and Pizzas!! Ah, I just can't wait!

Here's Gab, a super bibo and yes, a Certified Gwapito in our family! :)
They love to munch on carrots and eat lots of veggies too! So inspiring! Haha! I remember when i was their age, all I wanted was to have fries and chicken and spaghetti! Such a rebirth indeed, discovering this Raw Beauty (Vegan) Lifestyle.

The birthYAY celebrant, Prince!
Happy, happy birthday Prince! We love you!!!
Pretty, pretty please, eat more veggies! :)

Most of the time, you just really have to let them know your lifestyle eating habits and you'll be surprised with such kind and loving people offering a salad to feed your hungree tummy. And I'm just so happyyyyy that I went to my cousin's birthday party last Saturday, and really got the time to connect with them and share the wonderful benefits of living Raw Vegan (80/10/10) as a whole. And I'm like, yeaaaah!!! Just like what I've posted previously on my Instagram account, we are indeed all one and whether you love eating fruits and vegetables or love eating all other things, I have no right to judge you and back. :) It's all about love and respect for what works for each and everyone of us - though I highly encourage you, if not yet go Vegan, but just to incorporate more plants and fruits into your lifestyle. It's one of the best things you could do for yourself,ya know! :)
Just like this Love Salad that Kuya Renz offered me while at the party.
Here's a HUGE, HUGE HUGE, THANK YOU for such kindness and generosity! :)

Most of the time, whenever I tell people that I don't eat meat, fish and dairy - they'd be like, Gosh that's so hard to maintain here in Manila. And I would like to show you how easy peasy it is to live a Raw Beauty Lifestyle! The photos below were shot the same day before and after the party - showing you what I usually eat on a regular day! Not all the time though, most of the time I eat more. #CRAAAAAY!
You can have an abundance of fresh fruits and Raw Beauty Smoothies in the morning, have a leafy green salad wrap or an Avo Toast with Salad for lunch and for dinner, listen to your body if you still want something fully raw or a lightly steamed/sauteed vegetable meal. :) The options are endless most especially we're living in a tropical country with lots of coconuts, bananas and sweet papayas! You will always find a way, if you're willing and determined enough to seek and live it. :)
It's more than just the food that we choose to put in our plate, it's all about compassion, love, kindness and connecting with Nature and the Earth. <3 It's about going back to our roots, to living sustainably and yes, simply. The world that we now live in has become a paradox of unlimited choices and it is our duty to ourselves to take control of what we can to live better lives. And only if we can simplify our choices starting with our food - and yes, we can! Oh hi there Mr. Barrack Obama! - then we can start seeing more healthy, happy and productive souls living the life they've always wanted to live. :)
Start on your plate. :* Start in YOU.

Love, Healing and Namaste,
Your Fellow Raw Beauty
